Position Summary:
Weโre looking for driven Account Managers, who will be responsible for end-to-end delivery management, client engagement, and stakeholder coordination across Implementation Partners, ensuring quality execution and long-term partnerships.
What Weโre Looking For
7+ years of experience in delivery and Account Management for Implementation Clients
Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
Experience in IT staffing on Contractual Staffing
Ability to manage multiple requisitions without compromising quality
Comfortable working with cross-functional and cross-time-zone teams
โจ What Youโll Be Doing
Act as a dayโtoโday SPOC for clients, hiring managers & SI division
Manage requirement intake, prioritization & timelines
Own end-to-end recruitment delivery for assigned accounts
Collaborate with internal recruiters to ensure quality submissions & smooth workflows
Provide regular status updates, pipeline visibility & insights
