SAP SuccessFactors PMGM Consultant

Implementation Experience: Minimum 2 End-to-End Implementations

Location: Hyderabad / Bangalore / Noida / Bhubaneswar

Key Responsibilities

\n
• Lead and deliver SAP SuccessFactors PMGM implementations from requirement gathering through go-live.
\n
• Configure Performance Management and Goal Management modules based on business requirements.
\n
• Conduct requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
\n
• Configure performance forms, sections, rating scales, competencies, goals, and related workflows.
\n
• Configure and manage Goal Plan and Performance Form templates.
\n
• Work with stakeholders to understand performance management processes and translate business requirements into SuccessFactors solutions.
\n
• Support integration and data requirements related to PMGM and other SuccessFactors modules.
\n
• Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, test scenarios, and user documentation.
\n
• Conduct unit testing, integration testing, UAT support, and defect resolution.
\n
• Provide post-go-live support and troubleshoot functional issues.
\n
• Collaborate with other SuccessFactors consultants across Employee Central, Compensation, Learning, Succession, and other modules where required.
\n
• Participate in client meetings, workshops, and solution discussions.
\n

Mandatory Skills

\n
• 4+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors PMGM.
\n
• Minimum 2 End-to-End SAP SuccessFactors PMGM implementations.
\n
• Strong hands-on experience in Performance Management and Goal Management.
\n
• Good understanding of PMGM configuration and business processes.
\n
• Experience in requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
\n
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
\n
• Good understanding of SuccessFactors ecosystem and integration touchpoints.
\n
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
\n

Good to Have

\n
• SAP SuccessFactors PMGM certification.
\n
• Experience working with global clients and distributed teams.
