Job Description
We are looking for an experienced *Sterling OMS Java Developer* to design, develop, customize, and support enterprise order management solutions.
## Key Responsibilities
* Develop and customize solutions using *IBM Sterling Order Management System (OMS)*.
* Build Java-based extensions, APIs, services, and integrations.
* Work on order management, inventory, sourcing, fulfillment, shipping, and returns workflows.
* Integrate Sterling OMS with e-commerce, warehouse, ERP, payment, and other enterprise systems.
* Troubleshoot application issues and improve system performance.
* Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver scalable solutions.
## Required Skills
* Strong experience with *IBM Sterling OMS*.
* Strong development experience in *Java/J2EE*.
* Experience with *REST/SOAP APIs, XML, JSON, and SQL*.
* Understanding of *Order Management, Inventory, Fulfillment, and Supply Chain* processes.
* Experience with enterprise integrations and distributed applications.
* Knowledge of *Spring/Spring Boot, Microservices, Kafka or MQ* is preferred.
## Experience
*5+ years of software development experience with hands-on Sterling OMS and Java development experience.*
