Job Summary:

The FP&A Sr Analyst is an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of driving FP&A transformation at one of the worlds leading agricultural companies. As part of the transformation team within Corporate FP&A, the FP&A Sr Analyst will play a key role in the design, build, and ongoing enhancement of executive-level reports and dashboards within CXO, ADMs online reporting and visualization platform, support the implementation of critical initiatives and developing innovative solutions. Working closely with FP&A domain teams, Global Technology (GT), and senior finance leadership, the FP&A Sr Analyst, will translate complex financial data into dynamic, actionable C-level insights that drive strategic decision-making across the organization, ensuring that planning, reporting and analysis outputs are accurate, timely, and aligned with the evolving needs of executive stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation of FP&A transformation initiatives from a project management perspective.
  • Conduct value stream mapping sessions to identify opportunities to streamline, eliminate waste and increase efficiency and effectiveness in the end-to-end FP&A processes.
  • Partner with FP&A domain teams (FP&A, Business Finance, Accounting, Treasury) to gather reporting requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
  • Lead the design and build of executive-level reports and dashboards within CXO, ensuring outputs deliver clear, dynamic insights to C-level stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Global Technology (GT) to manage data integrations, resolve system issues, and ensure seamless connectivity between CXO and source systems (e.g., Hyperion, Databricks).
  • Conduct quality assurance and validation of reporting outputs to ensure data integrity and consistency across all dashboards and reports.
  • Support the rollout of new reporting capabilities, including user training, documentation, and change management activities.
  • Act as a trusted reporting resource for senior finance leadership, delivering ad hoc analysis and insights that support timely, informed decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.
  • 7-10 years of experience in FP&A, financial reporting, or business intelligence, preferably within a large, global organization.
  • Hands-on experience with EPM or financial reporting tools; familiarity with CXO, Hyperion, Power BI, or similar platforms strongly preferred.
  • Experience and/or familiarity with AI tools and developing solutions with products such as Claude, Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini.
  • Strong understanding of financial planning and analysis concepts, including budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and financial modeling, with the ability to interpret complex datasets and present findings clearly to senior audiences.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and reporting quality.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and geographies.
  • Experience with delivering multiple initiatives through project management skills and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

  • Direct experience building or administering reports and dashboards in reporting tools such as CXO, PowerBI, Tableau or a comparable online reporting and visualization environment.
  • Experience in the agriculture, food ingredients, or manufacturing industries.
  • Familiarity with Hyperion and its related platforms (e.g., Essbase) and experience running SmartView queries.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality outputs in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Experience working in a Global Capability Center (GCC) or shared services finance environment.
