Role Description
- This is a full-time, on-site role for a 3D Visualiser – Interior and Exterior, based in Ernakulam.
- The person in this role will create high-quality 3D visualizations and renderings for interior and exterior spaces, translating architectural concepts and design briefs into realistic images and walkthroughs.
- Daily responsibilities include working closely with architects and interior designers, developing mood boards and design concepts, setting up lighting and materials, and refining visuals based on feedback from the project team.
- The role also involves preparing presentation graphics for client meetings, ensuring consistency with brand and project standards, and collaborating with the wider design and construction teams to support smooth project execution.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Visualization and 3D rendering, with the ability to translate design concepts into realistic interior and exterior visuals.
- Experience in modeling and UV mapping
- Solid understanding of Lighting, shading, and materials to produce accurate and visually appealing renders.
- Strong Drawing and sketching abilities to quickly communicate ideas and support design development.
- Hands-on experience with industry-standard 3D and design software (e.g., 3ds Max, SketchUp, V-Ray/Lumion, Photoshop, Illustrator or similar tools).
- Diploma or degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field; prior experience in residential or luxury home projects is an advantage.
Requirements:
5+ years of relevant experience
Strong portfolio of realistic 3D renders
Male Candidates from Kerala region are preferred
Ability to meet deadlines and work in a team
