1. Good customer service skill and willingness to assist students and parents with any queries that they might have during the phone conversations
2. Ability to learn on own initiative and research best study options for students
3. Fast learner and passion for sales and target-oriented.
4 Self motivated with a results driven approach
5. Ensure parent / student leaves with a positive word of mouth which can bring more clients and increase referrals
6. Maintain a proper database of students counselled and applications sent to abroad
7. Responsible for timely reporting to managers
Location: Calicut and Perinthalmanna
Requirements
1. Minimum a bachelors degree in any stream
2. Minimum 1- 2 year of experience in counselling and sale
3. Good listener and communication skills
4. Patient and friendly personality
5. Social perceptiveness and an understanding of body language
