The ๐๐ฐ๐ฐ๐ผ๐๐ป๐ ๐๐๐๐ผ๐ฐ๐ถ๐ฎ๐๐ฒ will manage core bookkeeping, financial reporting, and accounting operations for U.S. clients. This role requires strong software proficiency, analytical capability, and client coordination skills.
๐๐ฒ๐ ๐ฅ๐ฒ๐๐ฝ๐ผ๐ป๐๐ถ๐ฏ๐ถ๐น๐ถ๐๐ถ๐ฒ๐:
โข Manage day-to-day bookkeeping activities using QuickBooks / Xero
โข Prepare, review, and maintain accurate financial reports
โข Handle AP/AR processes, vendor coordination, and client invoicing
โข Perform bank and credit card reconciliations and support month-end closing
โข Coordinate with clients for daily accounting requirements and documentation
๐ฅ๐ฒ๐พ๐๐ถ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐บ๐ฒ๐ป๐๐:
โข 1โ4 years of accounting experience (U.S. accounting preferred)
โข Working knowledge of QuickBooks / Xero
โข Strong Excel and analytical skills
โข Effective communication skills for client coordination
โข Ability to work in U.S. shift timings
