Role Summary

The Admission Counsellor plays a key role in shaping the first impression of Universal Wisdom School for prospective families. This role involves engaging with parents, guiding them through the IB and Cambridge pathways, and ensuring a seamless, high-quality admissions experience from inquiry to enrolment.

Qualification & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree (Education/Management preferred)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in school admissions, counselling, or parent-facing roles
• Freshers with strong communication skills and a learning mindset may be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for prospective parents via calls, emails, and campus visits
• Guide and counsel parents on IB & Cambridge curricula, school philosophy, and student pathways, while managing the end-to-end admissions journey from inquiry to enrolment conversion.
• Conduct and coordinate campus tours, open houses, and personalised interactions
• Maintain accurate records of inquiries, applications, and follow-ups in CRM systems
• Collaborate closely with marketing and academic teams for campaigns and parent engagement initiatives
• Ensure timely and consistent follow-ups with prospective families
• Verify application documents and ensure adherence to admission guidelines
• Prepare admissions reports, funnel tracking, and conversion insights
