Phronesis is a digital marketing company with offices in India & UAE, offering brand & growth marketing solutions to clientele based in GCC, India, SEA, Russia & US.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Be the part of a team and craft affiliate marketing strategies
• Must have understanding of and leveraging Mobile 1-Measurement Partners (MMPs)
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely & smooth campaign execution, conversion, re-targeting & performance tracking.
• Implementation strategy for delivering campaigns using multiple channels to achieve campaign Kpi’s.
• Ensure that all campaigns are planned, tracked and operate towards specific business and growth objectives. Measure and optimize on performance – ROI, CPA, CTR, CPC, CPI, etc.
• Actively monitor and report performance hits & misses around affiliate marketing performance for respective source/network/partner. Along with tactical & strategic solution to drive conversions
• Onboard new Networks/Partners etc. & take the ownership of driving their performance efficacy & volume

Desired Skills:

• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel & Powerpoint)
• Prior work experience in affiliate marketing (Ad Networks, Advertisers, Aggregators, DSPs) is a MUST
• Excellent problem-solving, negotiation & stakeholder management skills
• Ability to adapt & succeed in a rapidly changing environment
• Self-starter with ability to take ownership, display high commitment and multitask
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Candidates with ad agency experience or ad tech /ad network client management experience is preferred
• A proven track record of meeting business goals through performance-driven marketing
