Job Description: After-Sales Engineer (India, Local Hire)

Department: Overseas Marketing & Sales – India (New Energy Inverter)

Location: India (local only)

Position Type: Full-time, New role

1 Job Summary

• We are looking for a basic-level after-sales support staff to handle troubleshooting and customer service for solar inverters and energy storage systems.
• The work content is routine and the position is stable.

2 Key Responsibilities

• Provide basic technical support for solar inverters, batteries and monitoring systems
• Resolve technical issues via remote guidance or on-site service
• Assist with system installation, commissioning and parameter configuration
• Deliver basic technical training to business partners
• Track operating status of equipment and compile regular basic reports
• Cooperate with on-site inspection work as required

3 Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree majoring in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering or Renewable Energy Minimum 1 year relevant working experience
• Possess basic professional knowledge of solar inverter and battery energy storage systems Capable of simple circuit and PCB fault diagnosis Proficient in English (listening, speaking, reading and writing)
