Job Description:
Languages & Foundation: Python + Java or .Net — architecture-grade proficiency in at least two; Python is primary for agentic layer; cross-stack context-switching within same project
Backend Architecture & System Design: Microservices, EDA, DDD, CQRS/event sourcing, saga pattern; System Design at scale — capacity planning, trade-off analysis; OOP & Design Patterns mastery
LangChain + LangGraph (Architecture-level): Understands internals, extends frameworks, has built custom integrations; designs agent graph topologies for production scale
Agent Frameworks: Semantic Kernel (Microsoft/Azure stack), CrewAI / AutoGen, LlamaIndex — architecture-level selection criteria and integration patterns
RAG & Knowledge Architecture: Azure AI Search (hybrid search, semantic ranking, index lifecycle), Vector DB architecture, GraphRAG, Knowledge Graphs (Neo4j, RDF, Property Graphs) — graph-enhanced retrieval at scale
LLMOps & AI Governance: PromptFlow, LangSmith, Model Evaluation, AI Observability at platform level, Guardrails, Responsible AI — fairness, transparency, accountability, bias detection
Cloud (Certified): AWS Professional (Solutions Architect/DevOps) or Azure Solutions Architect Expert — multi-region, cost-optimised, LLM-aware cloud architecture
Enterprise Integrations: Microsoft Graph, SAP (RFC/REST/OData), Salesforce API — architecture patterns: auth, sync, error handling, governance; wrapped as agent tool libraries
