Job Title: Assistant General Manager (AGM) – Client Servicing

Location: Mandi House, Delhi

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced client servicing professional with 10–15 years in advertising, digital, or integrated communication agencies. The role requires a strategic leader who can drive client relationships, communication strategy, creative thinking, social media, content, and integrated campaigns while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Government and PSU client accounts.
• Develop integrated communication and social media strategies.
• Translate client briefs into effective creative and communication solutions.
• Collaborate with creative, content, digital, and strategy teams to deliver impactful campaigns.
• Lead campaign planning, client presentations, and pitch proposals.
• Build long-term client relationships and identify account growth opportunities.
• Mentor teams and ensure timely project delivery.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide strategic recommendations.
• Represent the agency in client meetings and senior stakeholder discussions.

Requirements

• 10–15 years of experience in advertising, digital, or integrated communication agencies.
• Proven experience managing Government Ministries, PSUs or public sector communication accounts.
• Strong understanding of client servicing, branding, content, creative strategy, digital, and social media.
• Experience in developing communication strategies, pitch presentations, and integrated campaigns.
• Ability to manage senior stakeholders, lead cross-functional teams, and handle multiple high-value accounts.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate client briefs into impactful communication solutions.
