About the Role
We are looking for an experienced AI Developer who can design, build, and deploy intelligent applications end-to-end — from AI/ML models to production-ready full-stack systems. You‘ll work closely with product and engineering teams to integrate AI capabilities into real-world applications.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models and integrate them into production applications
Build and maintain scalable backend services using Node.js and Python
Develop responsive, high-performance front-end interfaces using React
Work with LLMs, NLP, computer vision, or recommendation systems (as applicable)
Design and consume RESTful APIs / GraphQL for AI-powered features
Optimize model performance, latency, and accuracy for production use
Collaborate with data engineers/scientists to build data pipelines
Write clean, maintainable, well-documented code
Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical planning
Stay updated with the latest AI/ML frameworks, tools, and best practices
Required Skills & Qualifications
3+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development (model building, training, fine-tuning, or deployment)
3+ years of experience with React, Node.js, and Python
Strong understanding of ML/DL frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc.)
Experience with LLMs / Generative AI, LangChain, OpenAI/Anthropic APIs, or similar (preferred)
Solid grasp of REST APIs, databases (SQL/NoSQL), and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
Experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
Good communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment
Good to Have
Experience with Docker/Kubernetes
Knowledge of vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, etc.)
Experience with MLOps tools and practices
Prior experience in a product-based company or startup environment
