Responsibilities
AI Infrastructure Engineer
1. The position requires a skilled Infrastructure Automation Engineer with a strong background in automating and optimizing infrastructure systems.
2. The Engineer will deliver Tier 3 support for configuration and management tools in the environment.
3. This role will require extensive technical expertise in designing and developing tools for monitoring and managing server automation and associated solutions, while also ensuring the health, integrity, scalability, and availability of the environment.
4. The position will involve engineering automation packages for servers (Windows and UNIX), overseeing tool installation and configuration processes, and addressing complex infrastructure issues within enterprise environments.
Skill
1. Have at least 7-8 years of experience with datacenter operation processes
2. Have experience with lifecycle operation/management on Windows and Linux systems (e.g.: patch processes)
3. Have experience with virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V, or other solutions)
4. Monitor and troubleshoot network, infrastructure, and application issues
5. Maintain and document monitoring solutions
6. Contribute to infrastructure automation and internal Support tools development
7. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, drive to prevent incidents
8. Have basic skills in SQL /Oracle
9. Be eager to learn new technologies and procedures
10. Strong communication abilities with both technical and business stakeholders
11.Familiar with standard support processes and best practices.
12. Knowledge of BMC Software Solutions: True Sight Server Automation (TSSA), Leon, BMC Helix Portal and True Sight Server Orchestrator (TSO) is an advantage.
13. Strong experience with BMC REST APIs for integrating BMC tools with third-party systems (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow, monitoring tools).
14. Strong understanding of product lifecycle management principles
15. Knowledge in at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).
16. Strong proficiency in Python, Bash, or PowerShell for automation of routine tasks.
17. Design, deploy, configure, and maintain cloud-based tooling solutions.
