Job Position - Air Export - International Business
Salary - 5 to 8 LPA
Experience - 3 to 5 Years
Location – Andheri East, Mumbai
Industry - Freight Forwarding | Logistics | International Shipping
What is your role:
Looking for someone experienced in managing end-to-end LCL and FCL shipments, ensuring smooth and timely logistics operations. Skilled in resolving issues promptly, maintaining proactive communication with customers, and ensuring compliance with international regulations. Also responsible for accurate billing, shipment tracking, and driving continuous process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Job responsibilities:
1.Co-ordinating with the branches for shipment status
2.Updating the agent with cargo details like stuffing and sailing details.
3.Following up with the branches for the Prealert.
4.Sending out pre-alerts to agents along with the debit note.
5.Approving the expenses in the software with back up details
6.Following up on the status of DAP/DDP shipments. Getting the POD and Debit note from
agent once cargo is delivered.
7.Sharing the debit note received for DAP/DDP shipments after checking with the branch
and international accounts team
8.Maintaining DSR and tracker of shipments being handled
9.Following up with branches and partners for shipments which have become irregular
10.Sending out weekly reports.

1.Should be fluent in English.

3.Strong communication and interpersonal Skills.
4.Experience with Freight Forwarding Companies.
5.Knowledge of International trade terms (Incoterms) & Customs Regulations.
6.Knowledge of operational procedures for handling export shipments, both Air & Sea
