Role Summary

Seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to join the COO Office. The role offers an opportunity to work closely with senior leadership on strategic initiatives, business performance tracking, operational excellence, regulatory reporting, and cross-functional projects that drive organizational growth and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the COO in monitoring key business priorities and strategic initiatives.
\n
• Prepare management dashboards, MIS reports, presentations, and business reviews for senior leadership.
\n
• Track organizational KPIs and identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
\n
• Assist in planning and execution of business transformation and process improvement initiatives.
\n
• Act as a Business Analyst to drive digitization of process areas
\n
• Project Management in timely delivery of various tasks related to COO office
\n
• Support periodic reviews, audits, and regulatory submissions.
\n
• Work with technology teams to enhance reporting and workflow automation.
\n

Qualifications & Knowledge Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, technology or related field (CA / BBA / MBA preferred)
\n
• 1-2 years of experience in Asset Management, Wealth Management, Financial Services, Consulting, Business Management, PMO, or Strategy roles
\n
• Good to have basic Knowledge of mutual funds, investment products, and AMC business
\n
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint and experience with data analysis and reporting tools
\n
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, communication and presentation abilities.
\n
• Project Management skills to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver under tight timelines.
