1️⃣ Junior Appian Developer

Experience: 3–4 Years

• Hands-on experience with Appian development.
• Good understanding of SAIL, Process Models, Business Rules, and Records.
• Experience working with REST/SOAP APIs and SQL.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues and support application development.
• Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

2️⃣ Senior Appian Developer

Experience: 5–6 Years

• Strong hands-on experience in Appian application development.
• Expertise in SAIL, Process Models, Business Rules, Records, and Integrations.
• Experience integrating Appian with APIs, databases, and external systems.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and Appian best practices.
• Experience with code reviews, troubleshooting, and solution development.
• Ability to collaborate with business and technical teams in an Agile environment.

3️⃣ Lead Appian Developer

Experience: 7–8 Years

• Strong expertise in Appian architecture, development, and solution design.
• Lead the design and implementation of complex Appian applications and workflows.
• Expertise in SAIL, Process Models, Business Rules, Records, Integrations, and APIs.
• Strong understanding of Appian best practices, performance optimization, and governance.
• Experience providing technical leadership, code reviews, and mentoring.
• Ability to work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and technical teams.
• Strong experience in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
• Appian Certification is a plus.
• L1/L2 Certification
