Location: Pan India

• Provide L3 production support for Appian applications.
• Analyze and resolve complex incidents, defects, and performance issues.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent fixes.
• Monitor application health and system performance.
• Troubleshoot Appian processes, interfaces, integrations, and data-related issues.
• Coordinate with L1 and L2 support teams for incident escalations.
• Manage application deployments and production releases.
• Support patching, upgrades, and platform maintenance activities.
• Ensure SLA compliance for incident and problem management.
• Perform capacity planning and performance optimization.
• Create and maintain knowledge articles, support documentation, and runbooks.
• Participate in on-call support and major incident management activities.
