Job Specifications
• Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech (Mechanical / Electrical / Electrical & Electronics Engineering)
• Preferred Skills: Knowledge of CAD software
Role Overview
As a Graduate Apprentice Trainee (GAT), you will contribute to product design, testing, data analysis, failure analysis, and CAD‑based development, supporting innovation and growth in our R&D function.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist the R&D team in designing, developing, and testing products • Manage and update product data in ERP/PLM systems • Prepare design documents and maintain records • Research new design ideas and concepts
Pay Range and Compensation Package
• Stipend Range: INR 18,000 per month
• Additional Benefit: Government share of INR 6,150 per month under NATS
