Must-Have Skills

• 10+ years of strong SAP technical development experience.
• Expertise in:
• Core ABAP
• ABAP on HANA
• S/4HANA ABAP Programming
• SAP NetWeaver
• Strong hands-on experience with:
• SAP UI5 / Fiori
• OOPS ABAP
• IDOCs & Interfaces
• BADIs & Enhancement Framework
• Enhancement Switch Framework
• Strong SAP HANA technical expertise including:
• CDS Views
• OData Services
• AMDP
• Code-to-Data Paradigm
• Experience with SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform).
• Strong experience in APIs and Web Services (SOAP/REST).
• Experience in multiple end-to-end SAP implementation projects in technical leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of integration projects involving middleware platforms.
• Understanding of SAP business processes including:
• Order Management
• Subscription Billing
• Invoicing & Usage-based processes
• Functional overview knowledge in SAP MM, SD, and FI/CO modules.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Experience with SAP BRIM.
• Exposure to SAP Hybris / SAP Commerce.
• Knowledge of SAP AI / Generative AI integrations with SAP BTP.
• Experience with SAP RAP (RESTful ABAP Programming Model).
• Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and SAP automation frameworks.
• Experience in cloud-native SAP extension development.
• SAP Certifications in S/4HANA, BTP, or ABAP on HANA.
