Architect (Logistic Park and Industrial)

Work Location: Mumbai (HO)

Reporting: Head of Development

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Design & Planning: Manage massing studies, master plans, layouts, leasing proposals, and warehouse designs from concept to detailed design, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
• Consultant & Project Coordination: Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure designs, BOQs, tenders, approvals, and RFIs are completed as required.
• Compliance & Cost Optimisation: Ensure designs meet regulatory, QHSE, safety, and company standards while driving value engineering, space optimisation, and cost-effective solutions.
• Business Alignment & Innovation: Support Investment, Leasing, Contracting, and Projects teams with design inputs, promote sustainable and energy-efficient solutions, standardise specifications, and highlight design risks and opportunities to leadership.

Qualifications

B.Tech/ B.E. (Civil)/ B.Arch from a reputed institution.

Experience Requirements

• 12+ years of experience working with reputable real estate companies, design firms, or industrial real estate developers with atleast 5-6 years in industrial warehousing projects.
• Prior work in architecture or design firms focused on large-scale industrial or urban projects.
• Clear understanding of statutory requirements for Industrial and warehousing green field and brown field development projects, NBC and associated fire and safety regulation
• Skilled in architectural design tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp, with a solid understanding of building codes, construction standards, and relevant regulatory frameworks.
