Jio is actively looking to hire candidates for the position Area Service Incharge for Hyderabad, Telangana.

Key requirements are

1. Graduation and Diploma in Engineering stream.

2. Experience of 6-10 years in After sales service.

Job Description

• Manage end-to-end JioFiber, AirFiber, and DTH service operations across the assigned area.
• Lead and manage large field teams, including service engineers and technicians, ensuring effective manpower deployment.
• Ensure timely completion of installations, service requests, repairs, and customer complaints as per defined TAT and SLA.
• Drive achievement of productivity, quality, service, and operational targets for the assigned area.
• Monitor field team performance, identify gaps, and take corrective actions to improve efficiency and service delivery.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by minimizing complaints, repeat visits, and escalations.
• Coordinate with Sales, Store Teams, Care Centers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and seamless service operations.
• Conduct regular team reviews, provide coaching and training, and drive continuous improvement in overall service performance.
