Assistant Food Beverage Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Assistant F&B Manager to support our Food & Beverage operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences. The role involves assisting in managing restaurants, bars, banquets, and room service while ensuring service excellence and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Operations Management: Support daily F&B operations across outlets and events.
• Guest Satisfaction: Maintain high service standards and address guest needs promptly.
• Team Development: Assist in training and supervising staff to ensure consistent performance.
• Inventory & Cost Control: Monitor supplies, manage requisitions, and support budget control.
• Event Support: Coordinate F&B requirements for banquets and special functions.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent.
• 6+ years of F&B experience, including 2 years in a Managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of service standards and event operations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
