Job Title: Assistant Manager – PLC / Automation

Industry: Refrigerator & Washing Machine Manufacturing

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced PLC/Automation professional to manage and support automation systems across refrigerator and washing machine manufacturing lines. The role involves PLC programming, troubleshooting, process automation, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and troubleshoot PLC/HMI programs for manufacturing lines.
• Hands-on experience with Siemens PLC, HMI, Servo Motors & Drives.
• Troubleshoot automation, robots, SPMs, vision systems, scanners, hydraulic & pneumatic systems.
• Support commissioning, machine integration and third-party systems.
• Drive OEE improvement, energy saving, low-cost automation and process improvement.
• Maintain PLC documentation and provide technical training to maintenance/operations teams.
• Work with vendors for automation projects and hardware/software requirements.

Requirements:

• Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics or Instrumentation.
• Strong knowledge of Siemens TIA Portal, Step 7, WinCC & SINAMICS.
• Experience in PLC programming, Industry 4.0 and communication protocols.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work in 12-hour rotational shifts (Day/Night).
