Assistant Merchandiser

We are looking for a Merchandiser Assistant to join our team and support our e-commerce website operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update product listings, including descriptions, specifications, images, prices, and availability.
• Manage website banners, promotional content, landing pages, and campaigns.
• Regularly check the website for missing information, incorrect details, broken links, and display issues.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Design, Inventory, Content, and Supplier teams for website updates.
• Ensure product pages follow basic SEO and website content guidelines.
• Maintain accurate product data using Excel / Google Sheets and the website CMS.
• Assist with product sorting, merchandising, and improving the overall customer experience.
• Monitor product visibility and ensure priority products are properly displayed.
• Support new brand launches and seasonal campaigns.
  

Requirements

• Experience in e-commerce website management or content management is preferred.
• Good knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic understanding of SEO and website merchandising.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
