Responsibilities:
1. Candidate will be responsible for driving Payroll operations with Payroll vendors across 4-5 countries.
2. Candidate will be responsible for performing partner payout calculations, managing partner payments across 4-5 countries
3. Providing inputs & reviewing outputs with Payroll vendors to ensure flawless payroll processing each month.
4. Responsible for Management reporting qua Payroll & Partner payouts.
5. Managing statutory compliances related to role.
6. Handling Statutory Audit related requirements for payroll and partner payouts, coordinating with auditors.
7. Ensuring monthly book closure, right accounting & completeness of books with relation to payroll and partner payouts.
8. Coordinating with Banking peers as required for payments and reporting.
