Eligibility & Experience
• Ph.D. with Master's degree in a relevant discipline such as Healthcare Management / Hospital Administration / Healthcare Operations / Business Administration / Human Resource Management / Business Analytics / Data Analytics / Data Science / Statistics / Mathematics from a reputed institute/university.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant teaching and/or industry experience in Healthcare Management, Hospital Administration, Healthcare Operations, HR Operations, Business Analytics, Data Analytics or related areas.
• Candidates with a strong research background and research publications in reputed peer-reviewed/indexed journals will be preferred.
• Knowledge of HR Analytics, Healthcare Analytics, MIS, data interpretation and analytical tools will be an added advantage.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, teaching and analytical skills.
RESEARCH BACKGROUND
We particularly value candidates with an active research orientation and experience in:
• Research publications in reputed peer-reviewed/indexed journals
• Research methodology and data analysis
• HR / Healthcare Analytics and evidence-based decision-making
• Research projects, conferences and academic publications
