Associate

We are looking to hire an Associate with 2–3 years of experience in Mumbai. The candidate will work on a broad range of General Corporate and transactional matters, including M&A, private equity transactions, strategic investments and general corporate advisory.

Candidates with strong General Corporate and transactional experience, along with excellent drafting, analytical and client management skills, will be preferred.
