We are looking for an experienced Associate Director – Marketplace to lead marketplace operations, drive business growth, and strengthen the overall seller and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead marketplace strategy, operations, and governance
• Drive catalog, quality, production, and process excellence
• Build and empower a strong seller ecosystem
• Manage vendors and strategic external partnerships
• Collaborate with Business, Product & Technology teams
• Analyze marketplace KPIs and identify growth opportunities
• Drive process improvements and scalable operational frameworks
• Lead and mentor marketplace teams
Ideal Candidate:
10–15 years of experience in e-commerce marketplace, operations, or high-growth supply chain environments, with strong analytical, strategic, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
