Job Title: Atlassian Administrator / Jira Specialist

Experience: 5 to 8 Years

Job Location: Gurugram.

Notice Period: Immediate

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer, configure, and maintain Atlassian tools including Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket.
• Design and implement end-to-end solutions tailored to business requirements.
• Perform Jira configuration, customization, and workflow management.
• Manage project setup, maintenance, and migration activities.
• Configure and support Atlassian Cloud environments.
• Develop automation scripts using Python or other scripting languages for reporting and process improvements.
• Integrate Jira and Confluence with third-party tools and systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Present and explain technical solutions in a clear, business-friendly manner.
• Ensure system performance, reliability, and scalability of Atlassian platforms.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong expertise in the Atlassian ecosystem (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket).
• Deep hands-on experience in Jira administration, configuration, and customization.
• Experience in Atlassian Cloud configuration and management.
• Proficiency in scripting (Python or similar) for automation and reporting.
• Experience in integrating Atlassian tools with third-party applications.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred (Nice to Have):

• Atlassian certifications (Jira Administrator, ACP, etc.)
• Experience with DevOps tools and practices
• Knowledge of APIs and automation frameworks
