Role Summary

Skills

Azure Infra Architect:

• 8+ years of experience in IT (min 2+ years in Azure)
• Expertise in Azure landing zones, hub-spoke networking, identity, security, governance, and subscription management.
• Strong knowledge of compute, storage, connectivity, backup, disaster recovery, monitoring, and high-availability architectures.
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code, Azure DevOps/GitHub, cost optimization, migration planning, and Azure Well-Architected Framework.

Azure Application Modernization:

• 8+ years of experience in IT (min 2+ years in Azure)
• .Net / Java backend design / development experience (Primary)
• Expertise in application assessment and modernization patterns: replatform, refactor, rearchitect, and cloud-native transformation.
• Strong knowledge of Azure App Service, AKS, Container Apps, Functions, API Management, Service Bus, Event Grid, and managed databases.
• Proficiency in microservices, APIs, DevSecOps, observability, resilience, performance engineering, and secure application architecture.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze proactive proposal and RFP requirements to understand customer needs and business objectives.
• Map TCS Microsoft Azure offerings and capabilities to customer requirements.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including CoEs and solution architects from other technology domains, as required.
• Develop comprehensive solution proposals covering scope, architecture, governance, and effort estimation.
• Participate in periodic reviews with Solution Leads and other stakeholders to ensure proposal quality and alignment.
• Attend proposal discussions and status meetings, providing regular updates on solution progress.
• Engage with the TCS Azure CoE to stay current with the latest Azure services, offerings, and best practices.
