About the Role
We are seeking a highly analytical Backend Developer to join the Core Stability Team. You will take ownership of T3 escalations across our foundational systems, including the Backend Core, AI, and Content Lab. This role requires a developer who is comfortable navigating complex data structures, debugging intricate backend logic, and pushing stable code to production.
Key Responsibilitie
T3 Issue Resolution:
Investigate, reproduce, and resolve critical escalations across the
Backend core, AI, and Content Lab . Development & Optimization:
Develop robust, scalable fixes and perform system optimizations utilizing
PHP
and
TypeScript . Database Investigation:
Perform deep-dive data investigations, write complex queries, and troubleshoot database-related issues using
MySQL . Agile Execution:
Drive issue resolution within a continuous
Kanban
workflow, balancing urgent T3 escalations with ongoing stability improvements. Root Cause Analysis:
Lead technical investigations to find the true source of systemic issues, collaborating with architecture and product teams to prevent recurring bugs.
Requirements Proven experience as a Backend or Full Stack Developer working on complex, high-traffic distributed systems. Strong, hands-on programming experience in
PHP
and
TypeScript . Extensive experience with relational databases, specifically
MySQL
(query optimization, data modeling, debugging). Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities; you enjoy the "detective work" of software engineering. Ability to thrive in a dynamic, Kanban-driven environment handling production-level escalations.
