Hiring: Sales Leader / BDM/ ZM – Ortho Division | Romsons
Location: Jaipur
Experience Required: Strong experience in Ortho Division with exposure across overall Rajasthan
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling and leading the sales team across Uttar Pradesh
- Driving sales growth and achieving business targets
- Managing distributor and channel networks
- Monitoring team performance, reporting, and market expansion
- Building strong relationships with hospitals, doctors, and key clients
- Planning sales strategies and geographical expansion activities
Required Skills:
- Team handling & leadership
- Strong Ortho division experience
- Geographical knowledge of Northern India market
- Communication & negotiation skills
- Sales planning and target management
- Distributor management
