BIM Architect

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a BIM Architect located in Chennai. You will be responsible for creating and managing BIM models in Revit, developing architectural drawings and construction drawings, and preparing submittals for a wide variety of projects. Examples are large private luxury estates, office buildings, commercial high end spaces…. Daily tasks will include collaborating with project teams, render teams, and external consultants - ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of design documentation.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Architecture and Building Information Modeling (BIM)
• Proficiency in creating Architectural and Construction Drawings
• Experience in preparing and managing Submittals
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work on-site in Chennai or Mumbai
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture
• Experience with international projects is a plus
