BIM Modeler

Electrical BIM Modeler with 3-5 years of experience, who can Develop electrical BIM models independently from design drawings to LOD 400.

Responsibilities

Set up Revit electrical projects and modeling standards.

Coordinate models with other disciplines.

Conduct clash detection and prepare clash reports.

Review junior modelers' work.

Extract quantities and prepare schedules.

Participate in BIM coordination meetings.

Deliver models according to required LOD (typically LOD 300/350/400).

Qualifications

B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, or related field.
