Key Accountabilities
Brand Visual Identity Ownership
- Own the brand s visual language across packaging, ATL/BTL, digital, and in-store assets.
- Ensure consistency of design elements across all consumer touchpoints.
- Act as the design authority during portfolio transformation and repositioning.
Packaging Design & Artwork Governance
- Lead packaging design for existing products, NPDs, relaunches, and line extensions.
- Own end-to-end packaging artwork management from concept to print-ready files.
- Ensure accurate translation of design intent into physical packs.
Marketing & Communication Assets (Design Lens)
- Partner with Brand Marketing to translate approved strategies into creative outputs.
- Review and approve all ATL, BTL, and digital creatives for design quality and brand fit.
- Ensure design excellence without influencing communication strategy or messaging.
Print, Vendor & Execution Excellence
- Manage design agencies, artwork partners, and printers from a quality standpoint.
- Own print approvals, color matching, substrates, and finishing.
- Troubleshoot gaps between on-screen designs and physical output.
Consumer-Centric Design Leadership
- Bring a strong consumer lens to all design decisions.
- Support brand teams during innovation, renovation, and transformation initiatives.
Experience & Capability Requirements
- 3 4 years of experience in brand or packaging design roles within FMCG or consumer brands.
- Strong exposure to packaging development, artwork management, and print production.
- Proven ability to manage agencies and vendors.
- Strong understanding of materials and printing processes.
