🚨 We’re Hiring | Business Development Executive (BDE) 🚨
We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Business Development Executive with 2–3 years of experience in the Real Estate or Interior Design industry.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, developers, and real estate professionals
* Identify and generate potential leads from builders and real estate projects
* Develop new business opportunities and lead-generation channels
* Collect and maintain relevant project/customer data
* Coordinate with the interior sales team and ensure quality leads are shared for further conversion
* Consistently achieve lead-generation targets
What We’re Looking For:
* 2–3 years of relevant experience in Real Estate / Interiors
* Strong network and connections with builders & developers
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Good understanding of lead generation and business development
* Target-oriented and proactive approach
* Ability to work independently and deliver results
