Position: Business Head
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Head to lead business growth, drive strategic initiatives, and build strong client and team relationships.
• Develop and execute business strategies to achieve growth and revenue targets
• Identify new business opportunities and build strategic partnerships
• Manage key client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction
• Lead, mentor, and motivate teams to achieve business objectives
• Monitor market trends, competition, and business performance
• Drive sales, revenue generation, and overall profitability
• Prepare business plans, forecasts, and performance reports
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth business operations
• 5–10 years of relevant experience in business development, sales, operations, or leadership roles
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills
• Proven track record of achieving business and revenue targets
• Strong understanding of market dynamics and client management
• Ability to build and manage high-performing teams
• Graduate/MBA or equivalent qualification preferred
