THE ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

\n

We are seeking a driven and technically grounded Business Orchestration & Automation SME to join our team. In this mid-level role, you will serve as the critical bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams — translating operational challenges into scalable automation solutions. You will design, implement, and optimize end-to-end process workflows using modern BPM, RPA, and integration platforms to drive measurable efficiency and business value.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

\n

Must-Have

\n
    \n
  • 6+ years of experience in AI orchestration, enterprise automation, or workflow design.
  • \n
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or a related field
  • \n
  • Process Analysis & Design
  • \n
  • Conduct process discovery workshops with business stakeholders to identify automation and orchestration opportunities
  • \n
  • Model current-state and future-state workflows using BPMN 2.0 and DMN notation
  • \n
  • Perform process mining and value stream analysis to quantify improvement potential (time, cost, error rate)
  • \n
  • Author detailed process design documents, business requirements, and functional specifications
  • \n
  • Automation & Orchestration Development
  • \n
  • Design, build, test, and deploy automated workflows using at least one RPA tool.
  • \n
  • Hands-on Experience with a BPM/orchestration platform
  • \n
  • BPMN 2.0 process modeling — able to model and review complex workflows independently
  • \n
  • Integrate disparate enterprise systems via APIs, middleware, or iPaaS platforms
  • \n
  • Implement event-driven and human-in-the-loop workflow patterns to handle exceptions and escalations
  • \n
  • Ensure automation solutions adhere to security, compliance, and data governance standards
  • \n
  • Delivery & Continuous Improvement
  • \n
  • Own the full automation lifecycle: discovery → design → build → test → deploy → monitor
  • \n
  • Define and track KPIs for deployed automations (SLA adherence, FTE savings, error reduction, throughput)
  • \n
  • Lead post-implementation reviews and continuously optimize live processes based on performance data
  • \n
  • Maintain automation documentation, runbooks, and support handover materials
  • \n
  • Stakeholder & Team Engagement
  • \n
  • Act as SME and trusted advisor to business units on automation strategy and feasibility
  • \n
  • Collaborate closely with IT Architecture, Data, and Security teams to ensure platform alignment
  • \n
  • Mentor junior analysts and developers in automation best practices and tooling
  • \n
  • Present recommendations and ROI analyses to senior stakeholders and management
  • \n
\n
