Expectations from Role
Administering, Maintaining and Managing CA Service Desk, Spectrum, eHealth, Workload Automation, Infrastructure Performance Management (CA PM), IT Client Management, CA UIM. Responsible to maintain operational and system security levels up to Customer and Project Managements expectations. Frequent interactions with other IT IS domains in the project and also with customer’s IT team to optimally maintain the usage of CA Modules/Tools.
Very good knowledge and practical experience (Competency Levels - E3 or E2) on Administering, Maintaining and Managing CA Service Desk, Spectrum, eHealth, Workload Automation (WLA), Infrastructure Performance Management (CA PM), IT Client Management, CA UIM and related operations management.
Good troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Activity/project Coordination skills.
