We’re Hiring: Telecaller – Meghna Jewellers

Meghna Jewellers is looking for a confident and energetic Telecaller to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Call leads and potential customers interested in jewellery.
• Explain current jewellery collections, offers and store details.
• Follow up with leads regularly.
• Encourage customers to visit our Nerul & Vashi stores.
• Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups and customer responses.
• Coordinate with the sales team for interested customers.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills in Hindi, Marathi and basic English.
• Confident and polite while speaking with customers.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Previous telecalling or customer service experience is preferred.
• Experience in jewellery or retail sales will be an advantage.
