We are looking for a well-presented, confident, articulate, and student-focused Career Counselor with a professional personality, excellent communication skills, and a polite, approachable manner.

Key Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in overseas education or career counselling.
• Excellent command of English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Smart, well-presented, confident, and professional personality.
• Polite voice, positive attitude, and approachable counselling style.
• Good knowledge of Australia, Canada, New Zealand, UK, USA, and other study destinations.
• Ability to understand student profiles and recommend suitable courses, universities, and career pathways.
• Strong student and parent relationship-management skills.
• Good follow-up and lead-conversion abilities.
• Comfortable working with CRM systems and monthly targets.
• Willing to participate in seminars, education fairs, university events, and student activities.
