We are looking for a highly motivated and academically strong freshly qualified Chartered Accountant with excellent conceptual knowledge and a passion for learning. The role offers exposure to core finance, accounting, taxation, compliance, and corporate finance activities across a dynamic business environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial reporting, accounting, and book closure activities.
- Preparation and analysis of financial statements.
- Compliance with Accounting Standards and Ind AS.
- Direct and Indirect Tax compliance, including GST and Income Tax.
- Support in audits, statutory filings, and regulatory compliance.
- Analysis of mergers, demergers, preference shares, debentures, and other corporate finance transactions.
- Preparation of MIS, financial models, and management reports.
- Assist in finance process improvement and automation initiatives.

Strong academic record throughout CA journey
Excellent conceptual understanding of:
- Accounting Standards / Ind AS
- Direct & Indirect Taxation

- Corporate Finance Concepts
- Mergers & Demergers

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Excel and financial data analysis
