Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Cisco CVP / IVR Developer to develop, enhance, and support Cisco CVP-based IVR applications and customer self-service call flows. The candidate should have strong hands-on experience with CVP, VoiceXML, Java/J2EE, UCCE/ICM, SIP, APIs, and SQL.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain Cisco CVP/IVR applications.
  • Develop and enhance customer self-service call flows.
  • Integrate IVR applications with REST/SOAP APIs, databases, and enterprise applications.
  • Work with speech recognition, DTMF, call routing, and voice interaction flows.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to CVP/IVR applications.
  • Analyze call flows, logs, and system behavior to identify and resolve defects.
  • Participate in code reviews, releases, deployments, and application maintenance.
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation.
  • Collaborate with business, QA, infrastructure, and contact-center teams.
  • Follow Agile development practices and established CI/CD processes.

  • Strong programming experience in Java/J2EE and VoiceXML.
  • Experience with UCCE/ICM and SIP environments.
  • Strong API and database integration experience.
  • Able to troubleshoot production issues independently.
  • Available to join immediately.
  • Comfortable working remotely/offshore with business-hours overlap.
