Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day communication with clients
• Understand client vision, requirements, and expectations
• Coordinate internally with planning, décor, and operations teams
• Support in proposal creation, presentations, and planning timelines
• Ensure a high-touch, premium client experience throughout the wedding journey

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Client Services and Client Relations in luxury weddings
• Strong presentation & pitch skills
• Proficiency in maintaining Customer Satisfaction and providing exceptional Customer Service
• Excellent Communication skills and ability to build lasting relationships with clients
• Effective time management and problem-solving skills for handling complex events
• Ability to work collaboratively with teams and external vendors
• Past experience in event planning, hospitality, or luxury services is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Event Management, or a related field
• Must be based in Mumbai
