Consultant Oracle Application Integration Architecture (AIA)

Job Overview

The Oracle AIA Developer / Consultant will be responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of Oracle Application Integration Architecture (AIA) solutions that enable seamless integration across Oracle Siebel, BRM, UIM, OSM, and ASAP systems. The role focuses on building reliable middleware services, orchestrating cross-system transactions, and ensuring secure, high-performance data exchange across the Oracle RODOD stack. The ideal candidate will have 5–9 years of experience in middleware and integration development, with strong expertise in Oracle AIA or Oracle SOA Suite.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Oracle AIA Foundation Pack components, including Enterprise Business Services (EBS), Enterprise Business Objects (EBO), and Application Business Connector Services (ABCS).
• Build and support Oracle SOA Suite components, including BPEL processes, Mediator flows, Oracle Service Bus (OSB) configurations, and SOAP/REST web services for cross-system integration.
• Configure and maintain JMS/Oracle AQ messaging services to support asynchronous communication between Oracle Siebel, BRM, UIM, OSM, and ASAP.
• Troubleshoot middleware issues, including message failures, transformation errors, and performance bottlenecks, and implement effective resolutions.
• Prepare and maintain integration architecture documentation, interface specifications, and data mapping documents to support ongoing development and maintenance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5–9 years of hands-on experience in middleware and integration development, with strong expertise in Oracle AIA or Oracle SOA Suite.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle AIA Foundation Pack (EBS, EBO, ABCS), Oracle SOA Suite (BPEL, Mediator, OSB), and Java/J2EE for custom integration development.
• Experience with SOAP/REST web services, XML/XSLT, WebLogic Server, and JMS/Oracle AQ messaging patterns.
• Experience integrating Oracle Siebel, BRM, UIM, OSM, and ASAP within an Oracle RODOD stack is highly desirable.
• Exposure to API Gateway/API Management tools (such as Apigee or 3Scale) and middleware performance tuning is an added advantage.
• Oracle SOA Suite or Oracle AIA Certification is a plus.
