The Role
We are hiring a Manager – MICE Sales for Gurugram
The role is focused primarily on generating new business—identifying corporate prospects, building decision-maker relationships, understanding event requirements, developing proposals and closing profitable MICE business. You will work closely with our operations team to ensure smooth execution and long-term client relationships.
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of proven experience in MICE, corporate travel, hospitality or event sales
- Strong corporate network and new-business acquisition skills
- Ability to independently manage the complete sales cycle—from prospecting to closure
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Commercial understanding of proposals, costing and margins
- Target-driven, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Graduate degree preferred
