We’re looking for a Creative Strategist who can bridge the gap between ideas and execution. You’ll be responsible for crafting compelling campaigns, shaping brand narratives, and driving creative direction across digital and on-ground experiences.

• Develop innovative campaign ideas across digital, social, and experiential platforms
• Translate brand objectives into clear, engaging creative strategies
• Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams to bring ideas to life
• Lead brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh, insight-driven concepts
• Build pitch decks, campaign narratives, and presentations for clients
• Analyze trends, audience behavior, and cultural insights to inform strategies
• Ensure consistency in brand voice and messaging across all touchpoints
• Work closely with clients/internal stakeholders to refine briefs and deliverables

• 2–6 years of experience in creative strategy, advertising, or marketing
• Strong portfolio showcasing campaigns, ideas, or strategic thinking
• Excellent storytelling and presentation skills
• Ability to think both creatively and analytically
• Understanding of digital platforms, social media trends, and consumer behavior
• Experience in agencies, media, or brand-side roles preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Experience with event marketing / experiential campaigns
• Familiarity with content production (video, social, etc.)
• Basic understanding of performance marketing and metrics
