- Exposure to CAE CMS / Movement Manager systems
- Experience in requirement analysis & GAP analysis for crew operations
- Understanding of AS-IS / TO-BE crew workflows
- Experience in test scenario preparation, execution, and validation
- Exposure to UAT coordination and business validation
- Experience in implementation & post go-live support
- Knowledge of crew rostering, movement tracking, disruption management
- Experience in airline operational environments
