Customer Service Advisor

We're Hiring for Healthcare Advisor, who would be handling patient complaints regarding policy queries, claim queries and reimbursement queries. If you're a fresher we'd love to talk to you.

Location: Bommanahalli, Bangalore (Electronic City)

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions for US healthcare clients.
• Assist members with insurance benefits, claims, eligibility, and billing-related queries.
• Provide accurate information while maintaining quality and compliance standards.
• Document customer interactions in the system.
• Meet productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.

Eligibility:

• Graduate/Undergraduate (as per process eligibility).
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
• Willingness to work in US rotational night shifts.
• Customer service experience in BPO is preferred; freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.

Work Schedule:

• Shift: US Rotational Night Shift
• Working Days: Monday to Friday
• Weekends: Fixed Saturday & Sunday Off

Salary & Benefits

• CTC: 25,000/-
• Performance-Based Incentives - 3500 to 5000/-
• Night Shift Allowance: Paid per night - 150/-
